Bring your own assistant
Same mentors.
Your favorite AI.
Take Sauce’s founder research, expert perspectives and honest feedback into the assistant you already use. Your model does the talking.
One URL. All the sauce.
Add a remote MCP server in your assistant’s tools or connectors settings.

Save the connection, enable its tools, then ask your assistant to use Sauce. Availability depends on your AI app’s connector support.
A mentor workflow to keep.
The skill teaches your assistant how to pick mentors, use their research, preserve their voice and give feedback worth acting on.
Download skill ↓Upload the ZIP in a skills-enabled app, or extract sauce-mentors into your coding assistant’s skills directory.
Uses the MCP connection when available. Includes an HTTP fallback for assistants with web tools or Node.js 18+. Research is fetched when needed, so the download doesn’t freeze a copy of the library.
Start with something real.
Paste one into your connected assistant, then add your context.
Use Sauce to find three relevant mentors for my app idea. Help me decide whose perspective I need.
Ask Julia Pintar and Marc Louvion to review my creator strategy. Give me their distinct perspectives and sourced examples.
Review these onboarding screenshots with Sauce in Roast mode. Tell me what to keep and only change what the evidence supports.
What comes with you
The persona directory, sourced examples, writing styles and eight modes. Apple guidelines are checked on request. Relevant paywall benchmarks support the selected mentor’s perspective.
What stays in your browser
Your Sauce chats, API keys and saved app profiles. They aren’t synced to the connection. Add the context you want to share in your AI app; its own media tools, usage limits and data policies apply.
Sauce’s connection is free and makes no paid model calls. Your AI provider’s charges still apply. The MCP and skill return public research, not messages from the actual founders. Hosting providers may retain request metadata.
